User Agreement Introduction:

Below you will find the terms and conditions governing your use of this store and all legal implications arising from your use of the store’s services. Any person’s use of the Technology Store, whether as a consumer of the store’s services or products, constitutes their acceptance and agreement, with full legal capacity, to all the terms and conditions of this agreement. This agreement applies to all types of transactions between the user and the store, except for transactions related to personal status matters. This agreement becomes effective and binding upon your acceptance and registration with the Technology Store, in accordance with Article 10 of the Saudi Electronic Transactions Law.

Article 1 – Introduction and Definitions:

2. (The User) This term refers to any consumer who purchases a product or service from the store through its online platform.

3. (The Agreement) This term refers to the terms and conditions of this agreement, which govern and regulate the relationship between the parties to this agreement.

Article 2 – User’s Legal Capacity:

1. The user acknowledges that they possess the legal capacity, as recognized by Sharia and applicable laws, to transact with the store, or that they are at least eighteen years of age.

2. The user agrees that in the event of a violation of this article, they shall bear the consequences of such violation before third parties.

Article Three – Nature of the Tech Store’s Obligation

1. The Tech Store’s obligation to consumers or users is to provide the service or product.

Article Four – Terms of Use of the Store:

Article Five – Accounts and Registration Obligations:

Upon applying for membership in the Tech Store as a user, you are obligated to disclose specific information and choose a username and password to use when accessing the Tech Store’s services. By agreeing to the following:

1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password, and you agree to immediately notify Tech Store of any unauthorized use of your Tech Store account information or any other breach of your confidential information.

2. Tech Store will not be liable under any circumstances for any loss you may incur, directly or indirectly, morally or materially, as a result of the disclosure of your username or password.

3. You are responsible for using your Tech Store account or membership yourself. If someone else uses it, this will be considered evidence that you have authorized them to use the store in your name and on your behalf.

4. You agree to use Tech Store responsibly and honestly.

5. You agree to provide true, accurate, up-to-date, complete, and legal information about yourself as required during registration with Tech Store, and you agree to update your information if it changes or if necessary.

6. Tech Store is committed to handling your personal information and contact details with the utmost confidentiality.

7. If Tech Store determines that you have provided false, inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, illegal, or otherwise untrue information, or information that violates the Terms of Use, Tech Store reserves the right to suspend, freeze, or terminate your membership, store, and account on the platform. This action will not prejudice Tech Store’s other rights and legitimate means of recourse to recover its rights and protect other users.

8. In the event of non-compliance with any of the above, Tech Store management has the right to suspend or terminate your store or membership, or block your access to the store’s services.

Article Six – Electronic Communications and Official Communication Channels:

1. The parties to this agreement agree that communication will be conducted via the email address and mobile number registered on the platform.

2. The user agrees that all agreements, announcements, statements, and other communications provided electronically are equivalent to their written counterparts and constitute valid legal and regulatory evidence.

3. The user agrees to be contacted and notified of any provisions related to this agreement or dealings with them through general messages broadcast by the Tech Store administration to all users or specific users of the Tech Store.

Article Seven – Amendments to the User Agreement and Fees:

1. The Tech Store may notify you of any amendments to this agreement through the official communication channels stipulated herein. Your obligations may increase or your rights may decrease as a result of any amendments made to this agreement.

2. If you object to any amendment to the User Agreement, the Tech Store administration requests that you cease using its services.
